RESOLVED that the Board of Regents go into executive session. As permitted by section 24-6-402 (3), Colorado Revised Statutes, the board discussed the following matter as announced and pursuant to the subsection as listed below:
- (b)(I) three personnel matters at CU system administration - President personnel matter, VP search update, and employee compensation update
- (a)(II) legal advice on three specific matters - class action lawsuit, legal implications regarding COVID-19 response, and budget update
