AND I APPRECIATE THE WAY WE'VE BEEN WORKING TOGETHER DURING THIS PERIOD. I WANT TO ESPECIALLY APPRECIATE THE FACULTY AND STAFF. SO LOTS OF THANKS GO OUT TO MANY PEOPLE DOING EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE DURING THIS PERIOD. WHEN IT COMES TO THINKING ABOUT, YOU KNOW, WE'VE LED THROUGH THE TRIAGE PERIOD. NOW WE'RE IN THE STABILIZATION PERIOD. WHAT DOES OUR PICTURE LOOK LIKE? I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT, YES, WE EXPECT THE STATE REVENUE TO BE DOWN AND TDD WILL BE TALKING TO YOU ABOUT A STATE REVENUE FORECAST THAT WE'VE RECENTLY DONE. BUT WE CONTINUE TO BE WORKING HARD ON FEDERAL STIMULUS AND RELIEF FUNDS THAT WE HOPE WILL HELP FILL THOSE HOLES. AS YOU KNOW, WE DID HAVE ONE JOINT LETTER TO THE FEDERAL DELEGATION FROM ALL OF THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES. WORKING ON THE NEED, MAKING SURE THEY UNDERSTAND OUR NEEDS AND WHAT WE NEED TO REALLY KEEP THE FIRES OF HIGHER EDUCATION BURNING HERE IN COLORADO. WE RECENTLY ISSUED A SECOND LETTER LAST WEEK. AGAIN, WITH ALL OF THE HIGHER ED INSTITUTIONS IN COLORADO JOINING US, IN MANY CASES THE STATE WILL DETERMINE THE DISTRIBUTION OF THOSE FEDERAL FUNDS IN SOME CASES. IT COMES MORE DIRECTLY, BUT WE CONTINUE TO BE WORKING VERY CLOSELY WITH OUR FEDERAL DELEGATION, WITH THE STATE, WITH OUR FELLOW UNIVERSITIES, BECAUSE THIS WILL BE VITALLY IMPORTANT IN TERMS OF UNDERSTANDING THE POSITION WE'RE ULTIMATELY IN. I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT TO POINT OUT, THOUGH, THAT WE WON'T REALLY KNOW UNTIL MID-MAY. IT'S PERHAPS THE BEGINNING EITHER MID-MAY OR THE THIRD WEEK OF MAY. THEY WILL HAVE AN EARLY SENSE AS TO WHERE THE STATE WILL COME DOWN, HOW THOSE FEDERAL DISTRIBUTIONS WILL BE ALLOCATED TO US, AND IT'S AT THAT TIME THAT WE'RE GOING TO LIKELY BE MAKING THOSE DECISIONS AS TO WHAT WE MIGHT NEED TO DO. IT WOULD BE REALLY WITHOUT THE INFORMATION WE NEED TO MAKE DECISIONS EARLIER. I WOULD LIKE TO JUST REMIND US THAT AS WE'RE MAKING ALL THESE DECISIONS AS TO HOW DO WE ADJUST TO THESE CHALLENGING TIMES, THAT THERE'S THREE DIFFERENT BUCKETS OF REVENUE STREAMS, THAT WE GET THE TUITION AND FEES CLEARLY FROM AN OPERATING PERSPECTIVE. [00:05:02] A RESEARCH ENDOWMENT ARE MORE RESTRICTED FUNDS THAT ARE DEVOTED TO A SPECIFIC EFFORT. AND THE EXHILARATE FUNDS, THE RESIDENCE HALLS, DINING, PARKING BOOKSTORES THAT PUTTING SO MANY OTHERS THAT REALLY HAVE THEIR OWN INCOME STATEMENTS AND RELY ON THEIR OWN REVENUE. LET ME JUST CHAT ABOUT EACH OF THOSE BRIEFLY. IT'S IMPORTANT ON THE AUXILARY TO UNDERSTAND THAT A RESIDENT HALLS DEPEND ON HOUSING CONTRACTS. YOU'RE NOT REALLY A FUNCTION OF A TUITION OR STATE FUNDING. SIMILARLY, WITH DINING FACILITIES THAT RELY ON A MEAL PLANS OR COUNTER SALES, THE BOOKS, THOSE THAT RELY ON SALES, THE PARKING FEES, REC CENTERS THAT ARE TYPICALLY NOT FUNDED BY THE UNIVERSITY ITSELF, BUT ARE FUNDED BY STUDENT FEES TO BOTH PAY FOR THE OPERATING STAFF. AND THOSE FACILITIES ARE ON BONDS THAT ARE SECURED NOT BY THE UNIVERSITY, BUT BY STUDENT FEES. OUR CLINICAL REVENUE AND SHOOTS RELIES A LOT ON DELIVERING ELECTIVE CARE AND TO THE EXTENT THAT IN THESE RECENT WEEKS WE HAVEN'T BEEN ALLOWED TO. WE'VE CHOSEN NOT TO PROVIDE ELECTIVE CARE, TO MAKE ROOM FOR CORONAVIRUS THAT HAS HAD IT HAD AN IMPACT. AND CLEARLY, ATHLETICS DEPENDS ON NOT JUST TICKET SALES AND SPONSORSHIP, BUT CONFERENCE REVENUES. I THINK A LOT OF DEBATE AS TO WHETHER OR NOT WE'RE GONNA BE BACK ON CAMPUS IN FALL. I WOULD JUST POINT OUT TO YOU THAT BOTH SHE HAS SAID THAT HE THINKS SCHOOLS WILL BE ABLE TO REOPEN IN THE FALL. BUT IN HIS VIEW, IT'S LIKELY THAT WE WOULD BE OPEN IN THE FALL. THERE IS NO CERTAINTIES, PARTICULARLY DURING THIS TIME. BUT I THINK WE'VE ALL SEEN A CHANGE IN BOTH THE CAPABILITIES AND THE ENVIRONMENT IN RECENT WEEKS. CLEARLY NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING THAT PUTS US AT RISK VIS-A-VIS THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF OUR STUDENTS, FACULTY AND STAFF. BUT THERE IS PROGRESS THAT WE EXPECT TO BE FURTHER MADE IN THE MONTHS AHEAD. AND WHEN WE CONSIDER THOSE FALL OPENINGS, CLEARLY, FIRST AND FOREMOST, WE'RE GOING TO BE TAKING GUIDANCE FROM OUR PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICIALS, THE STATE, THE FEDERAL OFFICIALS. AND WE CONTINUE TO BE IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH THEM. AMONGST THE CONSIDERATIONS ARE BUILDING ACCESS AND AND HOW THAT CAN BE OR SHOULD BE CONTROLLED DURING A FALL OPENING. WHAT DO WE DO WITH RESIDENCE HALLS, DINING FACILITIES AT PHYSICAL DISTANCE GUIDELINES, WHATEVER THEY MIGHT BE, CONSIDERATION OF THINGS LIKE USING OVERSIZED CLASSROOMS TO ALLOW THAT PHYSICAL DISTANCING OR IF CLASSES ARE ABOVE A LIMIT, WHERE WHERE THE EITHER SPLIT THOSE OR CONTINUE TO DO JUST THOSE CLASSES THAT ARE OVER THE LIMIT. AND THEN WE CAN'T SPLIT TO DO THOSE ONLINE STAGGERED LAB USE SO THAT WE HAVE LESS PEOPLE SITTING AT THE BACK BENCH WITH SANITISING AND BETWEEN WHATEVER THE PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES WOULD BE ON MASKS OR HAND SANITIZERS. AND AS IT RELATES TO OUR OFFICES, I THINK WE'RE GONNA FIND THAT SOME OF THOSE POSITIONS CAN REMAIN REMOTE WITHOUT HAVING MUCH SACRIFICE OF PERFORMANCE AND FOR THE OTHERS. CAN WE CONSIDER STAGGERED SCHEDULES TO ALLOW FOR MORE PHYSICAL DISTANCING? THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE MANY VARIABLES THAT ARE BEING CONSIDERED ON EACH CAMPUS AT 1800 GRAND AND WE'VE ALREADY COMMENCED A REGULAR DIALOG SO THAT OUR FOUR CAMPUSES IN 1800 GRAND ARE TALKING TOGETHER, SHARING BEST IDEAS, AND COMING UP WITH A MORE COORDINATED APPROACH. BUT AGAIN, THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT IS GOING TO COME TO A CONCLUSION UNTIL LATER ON IN MAY AT THE EARLIEST. AS IT RELATES TO RESTRICTED REVENUE, AS YOU KNOW, IN ORDER TO GET REIMBURSED FOR RESEARCH, YOU NEED TO RESEARCH. SO WE'RE ANXIOUS TO GET BACK IN THE RESEARCH LABS. WE WORK HARD AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL TO HAVE THAT FUNDS BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO PAY THAT THE BEST AND THE BRIGHTEST THAT WE NEED TO CONTINUE TO BE ENGAGED IN RESEARCH AT THE TIME WHEN THEY'RE NOT ABLE TO BE IN THEIR LABS. IT WILL DEPEND ON THE FLOWS OF GRANTS AND CONTRACTS MOVING FORWARD. BUT WE ALL WE'RE BRINGING INTO A STOREHOUSE OF GRANTS AND CONTRACTS AND CONTINUING TO WORK ON MAKING SURE THAT WE'RE ACCESSING THAT. AND WE STILL CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN AN ENGAGEMENT TO THE BEST EXTENT WE CAN REMOTELY ON THE FUNDRAISING SIDE IN ENGAGING OUR BEST DONORS IN EACH CAMPUS. SET UP A FUND SPECIFIC TO HOW WE CAN HELP OUT WITH OUR FACULTY STAFF DURING THIS PERIOD OF STRESS, AS WELL AS RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES, THAT WE CAN BE A MEANINGFUL PART OF THE SOLUTION. AS YOU WILL HEAR FROM CHANCELLOR ELLIMAN, I'D LIKE TO POINT OUT ONE RECENT GRANT THAT WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT IN UCCS RECEIVED A $8 MILLION OR A COMBINATION OF CONTRIBUTION [00:10:01] MATCHING PLEDGE FROM LYDA HILL THAT WOULD FUND A 15.75 MILLION NATIONAL RESILIENCE INSTITUTE. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT, AS YOU CAN SEE, IS JUST BEING ANNOUNCED IN THE GAZETTE IN RECENT DAYS. SO THERE ARE VERY GENEROUS DONORS THAT CONTINUE TO STEP FORWARD TO HELP US PLAY A MEANINGFUL PART IN HELPING OUR STATE AND NATION THROUGH THIS PERIOD. THE BUDGET BALANCING OPTIONS AGAIN. IT WOULD BE REALLY IRRESPONSIBLE FOR US TO BE SPECULATING ON ALL THOSE BECAUSE WE REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S GOING TO BE UNTIL LATE MAY. THE LONG BILL IN THE HOUSE IN THE LEGISLATURE IS SLATED TO BE COMING OUT AROUND THAT TIME. FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND FROM CHANCELLOR DISTEFANO THAT THOSE ARE CONVERSATIONS THEY'RE HAVING AMONGST THE AAU AND THE CONFERENCES. AND TO THE EXTENT THAT THAT DEADLINE, WHICH THEY ALL SHARE, MAY 1 NEEDS TO BE EXTENDED OR MODIFIED IN SOME FORM OR ANOTHER. THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT APPROACHES TO MODELING AND MANY DIFFERENT MODELERS, AND YOU'VE PROBABLY SEEN RESULTS FROM DIFFERENT GROUPS IN THE NEWSPAPERS. EARLY ON, WE TOOK ON THESE KINDS OF QUESTIONS THAT ARE REALLY CRITICAL IN UNDERSTANDING HEALTHCARE NEEDS AND COLORADO. WHEN WILL THE INFECTIONS PEAK? HOW HIGH WOULD THAT PEAK BE? WOULD BE EXCEED ICU BED CAPACITY? HOW MANY VENTILATORS DO WE NEED? WHAT IS THE IMPACT OF SOCIAL DISTANCING AND HAS IT WORKED? AND NOW WE'VE TURNED TO SOME OF THE NEXT PHASE ISSUES. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE LACK SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES? WHAT HAPPENS IF WE SEND CHILDREN BACK TO SCHOOL OR WORKERS BACK TO THEIR WORKPLACES OR OPEN BARS AND RESTAURANTS? THIS IS A BASIC PICTURE OF AN EPIDEMIC AND THIS IS WHAT WE MODEL THAT YOU THINK ABOUT COVID 19 AT THE START. WE WERE ALL SUSCEPTIBLE. NONE OF US HAD HAD THIS BEFORE. AND THEN AS THE EPIDEMIC PLAYS OUT, WE'VE BECOME INFECTED. THEN DOWN HERE, I'M POINTING TO AN EPIDEMIC CURVE AND THEN WE MOVE ON TO RECOVERY. SO WHEN WE BUILD THESE MODELS, WE ESSENTIALLY BEGIN WITH OUR POPULATION SUSCEPTIBLE. SOME OF US ARE EXPOSED. RIGHT NOW, WE'RE AVOIDING EXPOSURE BY SOCIAL DISTANCING. FOR THOSE WHO ARE SYMPTOMATIC, PERHAPS A THIRD, SOME WILL NEED HOSPITALIZATION AND ICU CARE, SOME WILL NOT. AND OF COURSE, WE HOPE THAT MOST WILL END UP RECOVERED. OF COURSE, ANOTHER BASIC PUBLIC HEALTH TOOL IS TO ISOLATE THOSE WHO ARE SYMPTOMATIC. TO QUARANTINE. AND THIS IS WHERE TESTING BECOMES SO IMPORTANT TO BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THOSE WHO ARE SYMPTOMATIC AND INFECTED. SO HOW GOOD IS TESTING IF WE KNOW THAT TESTING WILL DETERMINE IF YOU HAVE IT OR NOT? [00:40:04] BUT AS FAR AS THE CONTAGIOUS PART OF IT, PEOPLE WILL BE LIVING THEIR LIVES AND NOT SOCIAL DISTANCING CAN BE CONTAGIOUS. SO THEY'VE ALREADY INFECTED A NUMBER OF PEOPLE BEFORE THEY'VE BEEN TESTED. I UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION. AND CLEARLY THIS IS ONE OF THE CHALLENGES. IF WE CAN BY BY DEFINITION THAT THE ASYMPTOMATIC WILL BE HARD TO IDENTIFY AND IN FACT IF THEY ARE SHEDDING ENOUGH VIRUS TO BE CONTAGIOUS, THAT IS ONE BARRIER THAT THAT SAID, I MEAN, THE BEST THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO DO IS TO TEST ALL THOSE WHO ARE SYMPTOMATIC AND AND MANAGE THEM. I MEAN, WHAT ARE TWO OTHER POINTS? THOSE WHO ARE FROM WHAT WE KNOW NOW, THOSE WHO ARE ASYMPTOMATIC OR MORE LIKELY TO BE YOUNGER. THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS WE COULD TURN EVERY SINGLE BED INTO THAT HOSPITAL, INTO AN ICU BED, IF WE HAD THE MACHINES AND THE CARE TEAMS TO TAKE CARE. BUT RIGHT NOW, WE'RE AT FIFTY SEVEN. WE HAD 44 EVENTS AND WE HAD THREE ON WHAT'S CALLED [INAUDIBLE], WHICH IS A SORT OF COURT OF LAST RESORT. IT'S BASICALLY AN ARTIFICIAL HEART LUNG MACHINE. AND THAT'S THE RATE LIMITER AND TESTING RIGHT NOW IS SIMPLY THE REAGENT SUPPLIES. WE ARE ONLY TESTING TODAY. HEALTH CARE WORKERS, PATIENTS IN THE HOSPITAL AND PEOPLE WHO ARE IMMUNOSUPPRESSED. SO THAT'S THAT'S IF YOU'RE NOT IN ONE OF THOSE THREE CATEGORIES, YOU CANNOT GET A TEST IN OUR FACILITY TODAY. AND WE ARE TESTING FAR MORE THAN THAN MOST OF OUR OF OUR PEERS. IF I GO BACK TO ST. [00:45:03] AND AND THE HOPE, FRANKLY, IS OVER THE SUMMER THAT THE TESTING CAPACITY WILL WILL EXPLODE BECAUSE THAT WILL ALLOW US BACK TO REGENT SHARKEY'S QUESTION TO TEST NOT JUST PEOPLE WHO ARE SYMPTOMATIC, BUT IF YOU WANT TO BRING PEOPLE BACK INTO THE DORMS, YOU WANT TO REALLY BE ABLE TO TEST EVERYBODY. THE OTHER THING THAT'S COMING OUT THIS SUMMER AND WILL START NEXT WEEK IS ANTIBODY TESTING. THE FIRST ITERATIONS OF THOSE WILL BE FROM A BLOOD DRAW, WHICH IS NOT THE MOST CONVENIENT WAY TO DO IT. BUT YOU'VE SEEN I THINK MANY OF YOU HAVE SEEN THE FINGERS STICK TEST THAT SUPPOSEDLY IS COMING QUICKLY. THAT WILL BE A HELP TO BE ABLE TO TEST FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE WHO HAVE THE DISEASE, WHETHER THEY KNEW IT OR NOT AND HAVE RECOVERED. THE ABILITY TO TEST IS HUGELY IMPORTANT IN OUR ABILITY TO MANAGE THIS THING GOING FOR. IN TERMS OF RESEARCH, WE HAVE FOUR CLINICAL TRIALS THAT WE ARE ENROLLING PATIENTS IN UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL AND RIGHT NOW. ONE IS FROM REGENERON. ONE IS FROM GENENTECH AND TWO ARE FROM GILLIAD. WE HAVE ANOTHER 20 THAT ARE THAT ARE WAITING IN LINE THAT WOULD LOVE TO BE IN THE CLINIC. AND OUR RATE LIMITER THERE, FRANKLY, IS THE ABILITY OF OUR CLINICAL FACULTY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE CLINICAL TRIALS AT A TIME. BUT THERE ARE A LOT OF IDEAS OUT THERE ABOUT NEW THERAPIES. THE KIND OF CHECK ON THAT IS THAT THE WORST PART OF THIS DISEASE IS WHAT'S CALLED ARDS ACUTE RESPIRATORY DISTRESS SYNDROME. THAT'S BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG TIME AND NOBODY'S FOUND A THERAPY THAT WORKS ON IT YET. BUT WE ARE TRYING A WHOLE BUNCH OF DIFFERENT ONES RIGHT NOW AND OTHERS ARE DOING ARE DOING OTHERS. WE ARE ALSO DOING CONVALESCENT PLASMA. WE WERE THE FIRST HOSPITAL IN THE STATE. I THINK THE FIRST HOSPITAL IN THE REGENT AND ONE OF THE FIRST HOSPITALS IN THE COUNTRY TO TRY CONVALESCENT PLASMA. WE'VE DONE, I THINK, THREE CASES. I DON'T KNOW THE OUTCOMES OF THOSE CASES, BUT THAT'S AN AREA THAT THAT SOME PEOPLE WOULD BELIEVE HAS A LOT OF PROMISE AND PROVIDES A PASSIVE VACCINE, IF YOU WILL, IF IN FACT, IT WORKS. SO THERE IS NO DOUBLE-BLIND SORT OF PURE SCIENTIFIC TESTING OF THAT OF THAT PROCEDURE YET. BUT SOME PEOPLE ARE VERY HOPEFUL WITH IT. WE HAVE SOME LABS WORKING ON VACCINES THEMSELVES. PRESIDENT KENNEDY DID A GREAT JOB OF OUTLINING THE TIMELINE THAT WE'RE DEALING WITH AT THE STATE LEVEL. TANYA AND I ARE GOING TO BE WORKING ON TRACKING THE STATE BUDGET PROCESS VERY CLOSELY. THEY'RE GOING TO START MEETING IN THE MIDDLE OF MAY AND BEGINNING MIDDLE OF MAY. WE WE'LL HAVE A NEW STATE REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FORECAST FROM THE OFFICE OF CITY COUNCIL ON MAY 11TH OR 12TH. THE JOINT BUDGET COMMITTEE WILL USE THAT TO BALANCE THEIR BUDGET. AND BY THEN, WE HOPE THAT WE'LL HAVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT NOT JUST HOW MUCH FEDERAL FUNDING IS AVAILABLE, BUT WHAT IT CAN BE SPENT ON. TANYA AND PRESIDENT KENNEDY HAVE BEEN DOING GREAT WORK WITH OUR WITH OUR FEDERAL TEAM AND WITH OUR. AND WITH THE STATE DELEGATION TO TRY TO ENSURE THAT WE HAVE MORE FLEXIBILITY. THE STATE HAS MORE FLEXIBILITY WITH ITS FEDERAL FUNDS SO THAT THEY CAN BE USED TO HELP BUILD STATE BUDGET GAPS. ON A RECENT CEO CALL, WITH ALL THE HIGHER ED CEOS, THAT WAS A THEME. EVERYBODY WAS TALKING TO SENATOR GARDNER ABOUT THE NEED TO HAVE FLEXIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO USING THOSE FUNDS. WE WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH OUR HIGHER ED COLLEAGUES AROUND THE STATE TO TRY TO GATHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE POTENTIAL BUDGET IMPACTS TO HIGHER ED WITH THREE DIFFERENT SCENARIOS. ONE, IF STUDENTS ALL OF THESE SCENARIOS ASSUME THAT THERE WOULD BE A REMOTE LEARNING ALL SUMMER LONG, ONE OF THE SCENARIOS ASSUMES THAT STUDENTS WOULD RETURN IN THE FALL. ONE WOULD ONE ASSUMES THAT STUDENTS WOULD BE REMOTE LEARNING IN THE FALL. AND ONE ASSUMES, WHICH IS I THINK PRETTY UNLIKELY, BUT WE'RE MODELING IT ANYWAY. WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE IF STUDENTS WERE REMOTE LEARNING IN THE FALL AND SPRING. AND SO WE'RE WE'RE LOOKING AT THE TUITION REVENUE IMPACTS, THE AUXILLARY REVENUE IMPACTS AND THE RESTRICTED REVENUE IMPACTS AT EVERY INSTITUTION IN THE STATE. AND WE'RE WE'RE WE'RE WORKING ON THAT PROJECT IS ALMOST COMPLETE. AND SO WE'LL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE STATE AND OUR FEDERAL TEAM WITH WITH AN IDEA OF THE MAGNITUDE OF THE IMPACT FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IN COLORADO. THE INITIAL LOOK INDICATES THAT IT'S GOING TO BE SIGNIFICANT. AND SO WE ARE WE ARE PULLING THAT INFORMATION TOGETHER SO THAT POLICYMAKERS CAN MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS AND HOPEFULLY UNDERSTAND THE DEGREE TO WHICH HIGHER EDUCATION IS FACING CHALLENGES FROM MULTIPLE DIRECTIONS IN A WAY THAT'S MORE SIGNIFICANT THAN IS THE CASE STRAYING PAST RECESSIONS. SO THAT I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. AND WE'VE ALSO AND I RECENTLY SENT AROUND THE UPDATED STATE REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FORECASTS TO THE BOARD. AND I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THAT. THAT FORECAST INDICATES THAT THE STATE SHORTFALL IS GOING TO BE MORE SIGNIFICANT THAN WE HAD ORIGINALLY BEEN ESTIMATING. BUT OF COURSE, THE REAL THE REAL DECIDING FACTOR FOR THIS IS FOR POLICYMAKERS WILL BE THE FORECASTS THAT MUCH SAY THE COUNCIL PRESENTS IN MID-MAY. OH, GLENN, I JUST WOULD. TODD, THANK YOU FOR THIS THIS UPDATE. YOU KNOW, I WANT TO STRESS THAT I THINK IT'S PROBABLY TOO EARLY TO REALLY HAVE A SUBSTANTIVE CONVERSATION. THERE'S TOO MANY UNKNOWNS.
